Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Second Sunday of advent
Meal: Perfect potato soup, by the pioneer woman. Next time, I won't add the extra salt. The soup is a bit salty for me. We paired the soup with our favorite French bread from Costco.
Monday:
St. Juan Diego
Juan Diego’s name is forever linked with Our Lady of Guadalupe because it was to him that she first appeared at Tepeyac hill on December 9, 1531.
Meal: Chicken Meuniere with Tomato and Parsley sauce, by Giada
Sautéed green beans - sauté beans with evoo and garlic salt.
Tuesday:
Meal: Thai curried beef, paleo recipe
Wednesday:
St. Damasus
Meal: Baked Salmon - add evoo, seasoned salt, pepper. Bake at 400 x 25 mins. Put fresh dill on top.
Thursday:
Our Lady of Guadalupe
Meal: Empty the fridge
Friday:
St. Lucy
Meal: Christmas party for Derrick's work
Saturday:
St. John of the Cross
Meal: dinner out
