This should be FriDATES with Daniel and Lucy.
Daniel has early Saturday Teeball games. He's been staying with us on Friday nights instead of joining his other sibs with my mom. He was upset at first because he's used to going to Lola's house. Two weeks ago, I asked him what he think about Friday nights with Daddy and Mummy (& Lucy).
He answered: I like it.
We order his favorite appetizer, calamari. If we are at the Mexican place, we get his fave queso dip.
We have also taken him to our regular sushi and noodle spots. He sees that we are pretty monotonous on Friday nights -- go out to dinner, check redbox and rent a movie, maybe stay up past our usual bedtime. Repeat, repeat, repeat every Friday.
We were at a playground post-dinner date. Lucy and I watched Daddy pitch and Daniel practice some hits. The COLTS sponsored the playground and there were horseshoes and COLTS everywhere.
Obviously, I had to ask for another photo op.
