After these photos were taken, I had this look of horror. I thought I was wearing a red pencil skirt. But the photos made the skirt look more bright pink (!) Since I thought I was wearing a red skirt, I wore my red Ferragamo flats. It was still cold during the presentation, so I wore  some tights. I thought they are black but in some angles, they are dark blue! Wow.... this outfit just kept getting worse! Add the Chanel mini ~ wrong shade of red.... again....

Bump at 38 weeks + 2 days

The photos on this post are worse than usual. Apologies. (I really want a new cam!)

There's nothing exciting in the L&D* dept. I am typing this and I am 38 weeks + 3 days. Made it longer than Lucy's birthday.

 

I offered to help out tomorrow at the hospital. Maybe the walking at the hospital will help the baby move along.

then thanks to hubs -- I was able to squeeze in a pedicure and a salon appointment! :)

of course now, I am tired. I am resting my feet up while blogging.. Then the nesting continues. I want to empty some boxes of clothes! This means I will be posting clothes for sale on my instagram closet. I purged some clothes already and donated lots to Goodwill before we moved. But I am still finding things I can sell and donate.

I am 35 weeks today. I can see a total turn around on my energy level. I am slower. I get tired easily. I need LOTS of breaks. I slept for 2.5 hours yesterday. All I did was go to my OB for a prenatal checkup and take the girls out for brunch.

The girls are easier compared to the boy-toddler and baby girl combo. Isabel, my 5 year old, is a good helper. she is also potty trained which is a tremendous plus!

The preschool/toddler age is hard. who agrees?

Life just happens.

 

It's the first full week of school.

I was on service Monday to Friday last week.

Weekend was spent catching up on life.

Fall soccer started.
Boy scouts meetings started.

When do moms of big families (or moms, period!) get a breather?
Never, huh?


and oh by the way, I have been slacking off with my workouts... so the belly bulge you're seeing is making me sad.

The shakes I drank last week while on-service did not help either.
