I debated and debated about the title of this blog post. But in the end my initial title won.

Daniel has early Saturday Teeball games. He's been staying with us on Friday nights instead of joining his other sibs with my mom. He was upset at first because he's used to going to Lola's house. Two weeks ago, I asked him what he think about Friday nights with Daddy and Mummy (& Lucy).

This past weekend was tough, not just for me, but to these little ones. Isabel was confused why I was saying goodbye/see you later everyday of the week + Saturday and Sunday. Hubs said she waited for me on Sunday and did not eat lunch. She fell asleep waiting for me.

This boy is in his second year of teeball. we decided to keep him with the "rookies" instead of joining the minors because he is a "young first grader." It was a great decision. He is with another friend from his school. He also has other friends from last year's league.

Teeball was cancelled for my little D. The field was wet and it was a chilly morning.
I had another outfit planned for Pentecost Sunday (no pops of red at all). That had to change. It was CHILLY.

A few updates:

She loves table food! we already gave her scrambled eggs, salmon (baked in a foil with veggies, and teriyaki salmon), white rice, fettucine alfredo. She wants to try our ice cream.

Living in Indy limits us to the beauty and mountains of the west coast. We also don't have a beach.

We make do with what we have. Indy is opening more trails and promoting its places to walk, run and bike.

We are not, by no means, hikers. My children and husband would want to be outdoors more but with my allergies, I don't go out as much as I want to during spring. As soon as the trees are done pollinating and blooming, then I am all set to get some sun.

interns no more {travel diary}

My friends A and S and I had a much-needed reunion in ATL. These are my very good friends from Pediatric residency. We were all interns at the county hospital newborn nursery and pediatric ward. We spent every 4th night call nights at the hospital. We have shared ER shifts. We have shared rooms in the peds retreat.
