I wore heels to Mass last week. That's because I took a 3-hour nap and pretty much vegged out all day like I was prescribed a mini-bedrest.  I wear flats, mules and flipflops 90% of the time now. As much as I want to rock those 100 mm heels like a month ago, I am longing for the comfy footbed of my reefs or birdies or my rockstud sandals. 

I am 38 weeks, friends! Some days, I feel like I can go anytime. With the rolls and kicks of baby Nash, he seems to want to get out like that alien baby. Some days, I feel like I can go all the way to 40 weeks. Just like Lucas who surprised us all. He did not arrive until  39 weeks + 6 days!

My last official clinic day is coming. I am still working and "on-call" for our satellite hospital (where I am actually delivering). The joke is that I may be working and just check myself in at the L&D floor and call hubby from there.

I appreciate all the prayers for safe delivery and a healthy baby Nash!
