After my OBGYN was running super late, she finally came to my routine checkup in the middle of my fourth pregnancy. She found the heart beat, measured me, asked if I had any questions, and when I didn't she went on to chit-chat about all sorts of things.

I wanted to tell her to move on to her next patient! I wasn't going to feel slighted if I waited for her for over an hour and she only spent 5 minutes with me. That's fine! I know she is a great doctor--she has spent inordinate amounts of time helping me through miscarriage, testing, etc. I certainly enjoyed talking to her, but I didn't want her to feel guilted into spending a certain amount of unnecessary time with me because I had been waiting. Anyway, I just wanted to make that known. :)Alicia @ Sweeping Up Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18166554346293304750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673683956929492404.post-11920044596581171172016-05-13T10:51:21.371-04:002016-05-13T10:51:21.371-04:00I had no idea you were a doctor, how cool. But I have to agree that doctors and dentists are always late and as a mom to a little one when going for the little one's appointment, it can be frustrating. Love how you explained yourself though. Thank you for being a doctor. This look is so simple but yet so chic. I just love the sweater and peep-toe floral flats so much Sarah. =) Hope you had a great Mother's day, too.

I welcome you to stop by my blog, as well. I run a linkup on Thursdays. I would love for you to join me pretty lady. Your style is too good not to be shared so welcome by. Thanks and have a great weekend!
