What I loved about this bag~
It is a pre-2008 Chanel bag which means the chain is 24K gold-plated.
Why I sold it~
It was tiny. The small flap bag is tiny to begin with then the double flap made it even harder to close when I filled it to its capacity.
It is lambskin. When I sold it, I was still unsure about lambskin. I was so afraid to use it because I might scratch it even more.
Will I buy it again~
Probably not. The size is too small for me.
2. Celine mini luggage
What I loved about this bag~
It's Celine! It is structured. I love the suede interior.
Why I sold it~
I got this preloved so I was not the first owner. There were no stains or marks but the leather already softened. The bag lost its structure that I really like. When placed down, the bag slouches.
It is heavy! I do not have anything inside and the bag already weighs at least 3 lbs.
Will I buy it again~
Yes! In fact, that's why I sold this red one to put the money to a "newer" preloved Celine luggage. I got this one and the structure is intact!
3. Louis Vuitton Brea in epi leather
What I loved about this bag~
It was my first epi leather from Louis Vuitton.
It is a doctor bag inspired silhouette.
Why I sold it~
I found myself not reaching for it as much as my other bags. I kept it for about a year since I had the idea of selling it. When the idea won't go away and I found other bags on my wishlist, I finally sold it. So it's just really a preference. There's nothing wrong with the bag. It's functional - both hand carry and shoulder bag option.
Will I buy it again~
Probably not.
4. Chloe calfskin suede rainbow
What I loved about this bag~
it was on sale!
Why I sold it~
The reason above is already a bad sign. Just because it's on sale does not mean I should get it (!) I learned that the hard way. I searched and searched the blog. I could not find an OOTD with this bag! That's already a red-flag. I did not use it as much. Maybe 3x???
Other reasons are:
It is very small.
The rainbow tassel is a bit much for me... (again, it was a bad impulse buy).
Will I buy it again~
No. I learned my lesson.
5. Alexander McQueen Heroine satchel
What I loved about this bag~
It's a limited edition Heroine bag. I love the studs in front
Why I sold it~
I did not like the opening! As much as I like the bag, I found it annoying opening and closing it. See the front of the bag? The handles need to loop in the opening.
Will I buy it again~
Not sure! I am looking at these photos and I have a slight regret of selling it. (just slight!)
Overall, functionality wins. As much as I like the studs, if I don't see myself reaching for the bag and using it, might as well sell it to somebody who will use it for what it is made for ~ to carry things and use out and about.
6. Kate Spade shoulder bag
What I loved about this bag~
The red leather is beautiful!
Why I sold it~
The interior is very, very roomy. But there's a middle divider separating front and back of the bag. I found it not suitable for my work use. I tend to stuff totes. I prefer totes with just ONE big interior compartment. (Think neverfull ~ that's my type of tote!)
I also wish the strap is a little longer.
Will I buy it again~
No. Again preference and functionality win.
7. Miu Miu vitello lux bag
What I loved about this bag~
one of a kind
Why I sold it~
It is very heavy! The strap is very long. It is meant for a taller lady! I ended up not using the strap because even when used crossbody, the top of the bag is at the top of my thigh. Since I was not using the strap, top handle killed my wrist. It is a very heavy bag.
Will I buy it again~
No.
8. Louis Vuitton Vernis Avalon GM
What I loved about this bag~
It's Louis! It's Vernis leather. The avalon tote is discontinued so there are just a few of these bags around. It is structured and a tote with just one big compartment inside!
Why I sold it~
I wish the strap is longer. Since vernis leather is stiffer than other leathers. The straps are shorter than what I would like and they scratched my upper arm when putting the bag on my shoulder.
Will I buy it again~
No. I already have other totes that I love. Again, the neverfull is unbeatable.
9. Valentino Vitello Leather Rockstud Mini Crossbody Bag
What I loved about this bag~
The leather and the studs. Very edgy and something different than my other bags.
Why I sold it~
It is small. There are several compartments inside making it harder to fit "bigger" things. An iPhone6plus won't fit inside this mini bag.
Will I buy it again~
No
10. Chanel vintage flap
What I loved about this bag~
My very first Chanel

Why I sold it~
It is not in very good condition. It is used and loved a lot by its owner(s). There are several scratches. The shoulder strap has softened a lot. It had lots of creasing.
It was hard to part with this bag because it was my first Chanel and it came on Lucy's due date (Lucy was already born). But when an opportunity to get the flap bag came, I finally sold it to put the money for the flap bag.
Will I buy it again~
Probably not. I am pretty happy with the newer Chanel I got after selling this one.
