Indulge me here for a minute and AGREE with me that Lucy is my mini me.
Fine... if not in features, then she's my mini me when it comes to temperament ~ like when I need to be fed? we both can be hangry, very hangry.
She extends both arms and screams when you're too slow feeding her or you turn your back for a second. She thinks she won't be fed at all.
I also love how we ended up matchy-matchy for older brother's cultural arts program.
My top is thrifted. The sleeves are lace. And the stripes --- you cannot have too many striped shirts.
These gold toms are my go-to casual flats. These or my other gold Sperry's. I love bling, obvi.
I love being this baby's mom. She is so sweet and beautiful. She gives me the biggest smile. She perks right up when she sees me. She crawls towards me while I am working out. She keeps me company. She loves kissing me legs or arms, or belly, any exposed and reachable skin.
If I am stressed that day ~ all is forgotten.
If I am tired that day ~ it all just melts away.
This beautiful yellow iris has grown (a little bit out of control). It's from my mom's garden. I love it
Every year around this time (mid-to-late spring), we use it as a photo op. See the irises' baby stage from a couple of years ago.
