Dress and football {wiws}

Happy Lord's Day!
It's also the first preseason homegame for the Colts! Instead of sporting my usual colts blue or Colts jersey, thought I'd spice things up. (My jerseys don't fit and I'll have plenty more home games to wear them) We went to 10:30a Mass before dropping off the kids at my mom's. I look forward to these home games because it's just me and Derrick and it's our date out.

First, Mass behaviors:
Daniel: B {it could have been an A, except for the li'l bladder/bowel incidence during the consecration. I had to babysit him while he does his business. Thankfully, I can still hear the priest but cannot see him as he lifted up the blessed host and the chalice}
Isabel: C {this gal got into a fight with her brother, throwing crayons at him and hitting him.. Aaahhh!}

I got a lot of walking done today. About a mile or so walk to and from the stadium. Plus the stairs I took, {uhm, lets see} 5x to go to the ladies room during the game. Plus the walk around the stadium concourse after the game so we could stop by the NFL pro shop. Yikes, yikes, yikes, those jerseys cost A LOT! Derrick got my personalized jersey 5 years ago and it was not cheap but didn't cost an arm and a leg. Jerseys now cost $155-199. Yikes.

Ootd:
Flowery nonmaternity dress: Steve Madden, from NYC (old as in from 2010)
Belt: old navy
Sandals: Reaction Kenneth Cole
Sunnies: Guess
Horseshoe sapphire and diamond necklace: birthday gift from hubs, ShaneCo (when I received this, he told me he picked it because it matches my wedding set. I responded, good thing I'm a colts fan! -- and that horseshoe is a lucky charm!)

What my kids wore:
Daniel: old navy polo (similar), gap shorts. Sporting Spider-Man and his new haircut, ready for school
Isabel: Janie and jack pink blouse {major sale price now!!!} , hand-me-down white capris, hello kitty barrettes (her choice) holding her friend Elmo.

Also happy feastday to my patron saint, Clare of Assisi!

Linking up with What I wore Sunday at FLAP and Sunday style at plane pretty.
